The Gold Medal rendition of artist Tony Randazzo’s “Timeless” for Stellar Scholar’s continuing awards. This rendition brings
together three iconic images: The three-sided Flatiron Building’s wedge, the Studebaker Avanti’s “flying wedge” profile and the
flowing fenders and landau greenhouse of the Studebaker Gran Turismo Hawk. The two Studebaker classics pay homage to the
great New York landmark’s urban vision. Honored, too, by “Timeless” is Wilson Cornell, father of Amanda Cornell for whom Stel-
lar Scholars’ Aurora Creative Writing Awards is named. Cornell engineered the heating, lighting and electrical infrastructure for the
